We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a damaged item, we’re here to help.


Return Policy

  • You may request a return only if the product is damaged on arrival.

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories and proof of purchase.

  • Items showing signs of use, alteration, or damage caused after delivery will not be accepted for return.


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are provided only for damaged products after verification.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.


How to Request a Return

  1. Email us  within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, pictures of the damaged item, and a brief description of the issue.

  3. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team before sending the item back.


Note: Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
