You may request a return only if the product is damaged on arrival.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories and proof of purchase.
Items showing signs of use, alteration, or damage caused after delivery will not be accepted for return.
Refunds are provided only for damaged products after verification.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Email us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number, pictures of the damaged item, and a brief description of the issue.
Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team before sending the item back.
